For certain larger items such as mobility scooters, powered wheelchairs, and rise & recline chairs, delivery areas may vary depending on product size and supplier availability.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Small items & accessories: 2–5 working days
  • Mobility scooters: 3–10 working days
  • Powered wheelchairs: 5–14 working days
  • Special order/custom products: 7–21 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, supplier lead times, and courier delays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout where applicable.

We may offer:

✅ Additional charges for remote areas or specialist delivery services

Large Item Deliveries
