    It is an electric power-add-on derived from the adult "Light" model. It features a scaled-down stainless steel frame and a small 12-inch front driving wheel, making it highly maneuverable for children.

    The base device is exceptionally lightweight, weighing approximately 7.5 kg (16.5 lbs). This makes it easy for parents to lift, transport, and pack into a car boot.

    The speed is programmable and restricted to comply with local legal standards for safety (typically up to 4 mph or 6 mph depending on regional regulations). It features 5 selectable speed levels controlled via the handlebar display.

  • Will it fit my child's current manual wheelchair?
    Triride uses a universal bracket attachment system that fits most rigid and folding manual wheelchairs on the market. However, because kids' chairs vary drastically in size, an official physical assessment is required before purchase to ensure proper tracking and safe installation.
  • Does it adapt as my child grows?
    Yes. The model is available with an optional telescopic handlebar setup that can be extended or adjusted upward as your child grows taller.

  • What safety braking systems does it use?
    It relies on a dual-braking system: a powerful manual mechanical disc brake alongside an electronic regenerative braking system that feeds energy back into the battery when slowing down.
  • Does it have a reverse gear?
    Yes. It includes a dedicated reverse gear allowing children to back out of tight indoor spaces, desks, or dead-ends without needing assistance.
  • What are the throttle options?
    Depending on your child's hand function and strength, the device can be configured with standard triggers, thumb throttles, or palm throttles. Specialized configurations for unique upper-limb mobility needs can also be requested.
  • Can it go off-road?
    While optimized for urban and school settings, you can choose between City or Cross (off-road) tires depending on whether your child frequently encounters grass, gravel, or dirt playground paths.
